Headshot Photography Pricing*

1) The Basic Business Headshot - One Look

$95 - One outfit, one backdrop, 15-30 minutes in studio, and you receive 15-40 digital proofs placed in a private online gallery immediately following the session. You select your favorite image, I do some basic edits and/or retouching to the image, and you receive one edited high resolution digital image within 48 hours. You may then download the digital file from my website. You receive printing and publishing rights.

2) The Basic Business Headshot - Three Looks

$145 - One or two outfits (your choice), one or two backdrops, up to 45 minutes in studio, and you receive 25-50 digital proofs placed in a private online gallery immediately following the session. You select your favorite three images, I edit and/or retouch those three images, and you receive three edited high resolution digital images within 48 hours. You may then download the digital files from my website. You receive printing and publishing rights. You have the option to receive additional edited digital images from your online gallery at a rate of $50 per image. Unless advised otherwise, you receive the added digital images within 48 hours.

This three look "package" is the most popular headshot purchase for professionals because it offers a little more flexibility and saves you from coming back as often. In one session you can knock out your most polished professional image for your business or LinkedIn, a more casual look for other social media platforms, and a third image for your family and friends.

3) The Acting Headshot - Five Looks

$295 -Up to 1.5 hours shooting in studio and/or outdoors, 3-4 outfit changes, multiple backdrops in studio, a variety of lighting set-ups and shooting angles, and 75-125 digital proofs placed in a private online gallery within 48 hours. You choose your favorite five images. I edit and/or retouch those five images according to your specifications (and within reason). You receive the five edited high resolution digital images within five days. You may then download these images from my website. You receive printing and publishing rights.  

Because acting headshots need to be updated frequently, you may also make a non-refundable down payment of $25 towards your next session. By doing so, the fee for your next session will be just $240.50 ($295 less a 10% discount less your $25 downpayment). This second session must be completed within two years of your original session or you forfeit your downpayment.

4) The Environmental Headshot

This is a photography session on location most typically because you believe a specific setting will promote your image. Are you a kayak enthusiast? You may want to be photographed as you set out on the river. Are you an architect? You may want to be photographed in front of a building you designed. The cost of an environmental headshot is contingent upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to, whether any of the following is deemed necessary: a pre-shoot scouting visit, studio lighting equipment, a photographer's assistant, a location permit, a location fee, and/or a location release for marketing.

Common add-ons include, but are not limited to, fees for a hair and make-up stylist, travel expenses for photography provided more than 25 miles from my home, prints as well as digital images, and a rush on services.
